i made this 2 days in a row...one with beef and one with chicken breast...it was awesome...i added about 2 more tablespoon of sugar at the end..i like it a little sweet..this recipe is just like the thai resturant...awesome will be making alot more...thanks for this awesome recipe...

Slightly different, asian spices and herbs are usually stronger in aroma, taste and flavor. Most of the worlds spices originated in asia and the indian continent and some islands in the atlantic and pacific. during the time of Magellan, These spices and herbs were worth their weight in gold. Thai food to me is one of the most naturally delicious food in the world.
