As for the 2020 Summer Games, it is still too far. A lot of possibilities may still happen. The host city will be decided on 2013, after the 2012 London Games.

The SEAG have a fixed hosting calendar since its number of participating countries is only 11, and the Philippines is scheduled to host the games in 2019. For the Asiad and the Olympics, the hosts are picked through a deliberate, often tedious bidding process wherein a lot of factors are considered (e.g. sports facilities, transportation, lodging for the athletes and officials, environment, security, financial capability of the HOST CITY and NOT of the HOST COUNTRY, among others)...

And where did you get that heck of info that the Philippines will bid for the Olympics? Preposterous! I am a Filipino myself, and I would indeed be very proud if we will host it in the future. But it's too early. We still have to catch up with the vital infrastructure that big cities have to host such a gargantuan international event. The modest that we can host is the Asian Games, since we had already hosted it in the past (in the 1950s, though).
