I find it strange that the video is lable "thai khaen" and "leran Thai culture" when we know khane is Lao and they are play "Dok Champa" which is Lao song.

They claim to be Thai because "Thai" is a nationality, it's not an ethnicity. Issan people are Laotian ethnics who are Thai nationals (citizens of Thailand).
